Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Chubby Smoke. We strive to provide high-quality hemp-derived products and excellent customer service. Because our products are consumable and regulated, we maintain the following refund and return policy:


1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the consumable nature of hemp products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been shipped, except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect fulfillment.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at chubbysmokeofficial@gmail.com.

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • Once your claim is verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.


3. Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms delivery.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, we can reship the order at the customer’s expense.


4. Compliance With State Laws

We ship only to states where hemp-derived products are legal. If you place an order to a restricted state, your order will be canceled and refunded (minus a processing fee).


5. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
