Shipping Policy

At Chubby Smoke, we work hard to ensure your order arrives quickly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

• We ship via USPS & UPS

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and chosen shipping method.

• Free shipping may be offered on orders over a certain amount — see our promotions for details.

3. Shipping Restrictions

• We ship only to U.S. states and territories where hemp-derived products are legal.

• Orders placed to states or jurisdictions where hemp/THCA is restricted will be canceled and refunded (minus processing fees).

• We do not currently offer international shipping.

4. Delivery Issues

• Lost or stolen packages: Once a package shows “Delivered” in the tracking system, we are not responsible for loss or theft. Please contact the carrier directly for claims.

• Undeliverable addresses: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it at your expense.

5. Risk of Loss

All products are shipped in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC (dry weight basis). Once the package is accepted by the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to the customer.
